Payment terms
50% deposit required on all orders. Balance is due
when your order is complete. You will be notified when ready to ship; balance
due will be requested at that time. Due to the custom nature of our products,
the deposit is non-refundable. We accept MC, Visa, paypal and check. Order
will not be placed until your check clears our bank.
Lead time
There is generally a 6-8 week lead-time for stock
orders. This may vary slightly, however, you will be notified when this is the
case. Special orders may take up to 12-14 weeks for delivery. Lead-time begins
when deposit is received.
Shipping
Shipping charges and product delivery are the
customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend blanket wrap delivery and will
only quote you on this method of delivery. You are welcome to pick up your
order on site if you prefer. Someone will assist you in the loading process.
All deliveries will be shipped freight collect unless other arrangements have
been made. Please inspect your shipment when it arrives and the carrier is
still there. If damage incurs during shipping you will need to fill out the
appropriate documentation to begin the claims process. Custom Country
Furnishings will assist you in every way possible however; we are not
responsible for shipping damages. All our blanket wrap carriers are fully
insured.
Return Policy
Variations in size, color and texture are common
occurrences in aged wood and should not be considered as defects. Such features
as old saw marks, nail or worm holes, uneven boards, sunspots etc. are what
make our furnishings unique and special. While every precaution has been taken
through our finishing process to prevent cracking, occasionally splitting will
occur as the wood shifts in effort to respond to new interior “climates”. Custom
Country Furnishings will repair or replace a table where splitting has occurred
of ¼” wide or more. Longer, hair-thin “fractures” may appear in dryer months
but can be disguised easily with colored paste wax available in most hardware
stores. We will be happy to assist you in small or larger repairs however; we
are not responsible for getting the table back to our facility to do so. No
returns for any reason after 120 days from date of delivery.
